2. How do I review my order status?
Log into your Officialusafootball account and review My Order.
There are 6 stages of the order status:
Processing: The order had been made, but has not yet been produced.
In Production: The order now is being produced, so you can not make any changes to this order.
Unpaid: You have not yet paid the order.
Sent: The order was produced and sent out. You can track the order with the tracking number.
Completed: The order is completed.
Cancellation: The order has been cancelled. If you are not sure about why your order is cancelled, you can contact us.
However, if you place the order as a guest, you can not track the order by yourself. If you want to know the order status, then you can contact our Customer Support with your order number. Here is the Customer Support email address: [email protected]
3. What is your return policy?
You can return your merchandise to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt.
Any returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and
labels. But you should contact us first before you return your merchandise.
Your return merchandise will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
